Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us by email. Undamaged or non-defective products can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date purchased.
- For non-quality issues (e.g., personal reasons), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, only a refund for the cost of the product itself will be issued.
Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request, and if approved, we will inform you of the next steps.
Return Conditions:
- Only items purchased directly from protphoneshell.com will be accepted.
- The returned product must be in its original condition (unopened packaging, unused, no activation, etc.) and must not affect resale.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Products purchased through third-party retailers.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Returns without a receipt may be refused. protphoneshell.com reserves the right to refuse any return.
Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items?
If you received a faulty, wrong, or damaged product, please contact our support team with:

- Proof of purchase
- Video or photos of the issue (if applicable)
- Complete shipping address
Depending on the case, we may require photo/video proof for a refund or replacement.
Return Process Timeline:
- Processing may take up to 7 business days after we receive the return.
- Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- Refunds:
- Full refund for defective products.
- Non-defective returns exclude shipping costs.
- For returned items, a full refund will be issued for defective products. For non-defective products, refunds do not include all shipping and handling costs. Because we offer discounted orders, you may be responsible for some of the return shipping costs.Please keep the original packaging when returning the product
