🐶See Why 48,319+ Pups Are Finally Calm
I work from home and my little rascal would bark and whine during every single video call. Bought this out of desperation and it's honestly been a game changer. I fill it with Greek yogurt mixed with a bit of peanut butter before important meetings, and he's completely focused on the bowl for 15-20 minutes. The rotation seems to keep him way more interested than those flat silicone mats we tried. My coworkers have actually commented that they haven't heard him in weeks lol. Only wish it held a bit more so I could get a full 30 min call covered, but I just refill it quickly if needed.
The bowl's size is just right for my little guy. I really like that it makes him eat more slowly, because my boy used to wolf down everything in two seconds and then vomit. Now he has to work a little harder to eat, so he eats much slower. Since we got this bowl, he barks much less and seems much quieter. I think this toy is good for a dog's mental health and can relieve his anxiety!
My two-year-old used to make a complete mess of the house every time I left—shoes, sofa cushions, kickboards, everything. The dog trainer suggested we do some brain-training games to distract him. Since we started using this bowl of frozen pumpkin puree before leaving, his destructive behavior has decreased by 70%. He's now busy eating the pumpkin puree in his bowl and doesn't pay any attention to our things. This mental stimulation seems to burn off his energy just as much as a walk. It's certainly not a magic bullet—we're still training—but it has definitely helped a lot with his anxiety and boredom. Worth the money to protect our furniture! Haha.
